Start Service In Person
To establish utility service with the City of Sulphur Springs you must fill out the above form or come into the office with your state issued Drivers License or ID Card. A deposit of $100.00 is required for residential service. Business deposits start at $300 but will be determined based on services provided and usage at location. All deposits must be paid before service will be provided. Same day service is provided if the account is set up and the deposit is paid before 3:00 P.M.
Office Hours are Monday – Friday, 8 A.M.- 5 P.M.
